MC Hammer is risking serious bodily injury -- because the rapper has agreed to perform at the 2011 Gathering of the Juggalos ... just one year after TWO performers were brutally attacked by fans.



The Insane Clown Posse -- the group behind the GOJ -- just announced the return of the 4-day concert via YouTube ... with a line-up that includes MC Hammer, Psycho Jesus, and Lil Wyte.

Tila Tequila and Method Man were featured performers at last year's Gathering -- but each left the stage dripping with blood after fans went ballistic ... and pelted them with rocks and beer cans. 



The concert is set to go down in August -- leaving Hammer with a whole 2 months to change his mind ... unless he really needs the money.

Willie Nelson -- $500 Fine In Marijuana Case

Willie Nelson can breath easy again in Texas -- TMZ has learned the singer struck a plea deal in his marijuana case ... and will NOT have to do any hard time.



Sources close to Willie tell us ... Nelson agreed to plead no contest to misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia ... stemming from an incident last year, when cops say they found weed on the singer's tour bus at a border checkpoint.

Nelson was originally charged with marijuana possession -- but the singer worked out a deal with prosecutors in which they agreed to reduce the charge in exchange for a no contest plea.

As part of the deal, Willie has also agreed to pay a $500 fine -- and if he can stay out of trouble for 30 days, the judge will dismiss the case entirely.

Nelson's lawyer, Joe Turner, tells TMZ, "Willie is glad to have it all behind him. Everyone was very fair."

Charlie Harper's Exit From 'Men' -- Dee Plane!!!

Charlie Harper -- Charlie Sheen's character on "Two and a Half Men" -- will probably get a "French kiss off" from creator Chuck Lorre.  Worry not ... we'll explain.


During the last original episode that aired February 14, Harper and his stalker/neighbor Rose were headed for the airport to catch a flight to Paris.

Sources connected with the production tell TMZ ... it's likely Lorre will use the flight to rid the show of Charlie Harper once and for all.   And get this -- the flight was never intended to be a cliffhanger -- it just happened that was the last episode shot before Charlie Sheen melted down.

Of course, the obvious scenario is a plane crash.  But our sources say that's not going to happen because producers are not going to make the other passengers sacrificial lambs -- even though they don't really exist.

As for what Lorre is planning ... we're told it's not in cement, but Charlie Harper could bid adieu to Malibu and say bonjour to Paris.

Kelsey Grammer Wants to Separate Kids

Kelsey Grammer is denying it, but TMZ has obtained black and white proof that he wants to split up his kids, taking his son to live with him in Chicago and leaving his 9-year-old daughter behind in California.



TMZ broke the story ... Camille Grammer wanted custody of the former couple's 2 kids because Kelsey wanted to split them up.  Kelsey's lawyer told us her story was "inaccurate."  But we've obtained a letter Kelsey's lawyer sent to Camille's attorney which says exactly what Camille claims.

The letter, dated April 29, 2011, says "Kelsey proposes ... Kelsey shall have primary physical custody of Jude and Camille shall have primary physical custody of Mason."  The letter says Kelsey wants to enroll 6-year-old Jude in a Chicago school.



The letter also outlines very specific terms of the custody agreement, including when each parent gets the kids on holidays.

Camille filed for primary physical custody yesterday ... and we've learned she wants custody so the kids aren't separated from each other.

As for Kelsey, his rep, Stan Rosenfield, tells TMZ, "Despite the fact that those connected with Camille Grammer seem to be hand delivering confidential documents to TMZ and other media outlets, we will continue not to make public statements about their private matters which can and apparently does beg for misinterpretation."

Rosenfield continues, "There is no valid reason to drag the Grammer children into any media spotlight."

Mere days after Richard Phillips gave us his luminous, waterlogged objet d’art featuring Lindsay Lohan, the painter/photographer/filmmaker returns this week with new muse Sasha Grey. The porn icon turned serious actress turned exploitation star turned future Sacramento Hall of Famer is the star of Phillips’ latest effort, currently being showcased in conjunction with the ongoing Venice Bienniale. It’s… cool and all, but what does it mean? Phillips explains:

“For my film portrait of Sasha Grey, I wanted to focus on her expressive and psychological transformation into a cinematic actor, separate from the cues that have associated Sasha with her previous career as a performance artist working within the adult film world.” -Richard Phillips

Shot on location at the John Lautner Chemosphere House off Mulholland Drive, the film showcases Sasha as a perpetually evolving figure. Costume designer Ellen Mirojnick (Basic Instinct, Fatal Attraction, Wall Street, Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps) dressed Sasha for the part in an array of lingerie and military inspired garments to highlight the dual nature of her masculine / feminine persona. Looking over the roadside from the vantage point of one the most legendary residences in modern and cinematic history, Sasha reflects on her relationship to the San Fernando Valley landscape- the location of some of her most noted adult performances. Back inside the circular vortex of the Chemosphere, Sasha’s inner dialogue projects an equally diaristic and imaginary self-portrait that pushes beyond the extremes of her past filmography and into her new future.

Hmm. I don’t know. Has Williams seen Grey’s past filmography? It’s pretty extreme. “New future” aside, I can assure you the couch in this video feel totally gypped right about now.

Charlie and Brooke Strike Joint Custody Deal

Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller have hashed out a joint custody agreement ... lawyers for the former couple told an L.A. judge today.



Sources connected with the case tell TMZ ... Brooke's lawyer, Lori Howe, and Charlie's attorney, Mark Gross, went into the chambers of Judge Hank Goldberg this afternoon and presented hizzoner with the agreement.  We're told Howe and Gross told Judge Goldberg the only thing left to be done is getting Brooke and Charlie's John Hancock.

Sources tell us ... the agreement calls for joint legal and physical custody of twins Bob and Max.  We're told Brooke will get substantially more face time with the kids than Charlie.

The signed agreement will not be filed with the court, in order to keep it completely confidential.  The case has been taken off the court's calendar.

'Cosby Show' Actress Clarice Taylor -- Dead at 93

Clarice Taylor -- known for her role as Bill Cosby's mom on "The Cosby Show" -- died of heart failure on Monday.



The actress gained an Emmy nomination in 1986 for her role as Anne Huxtable on the famous sitcom.

In addition to The Cosby Show ... Taylor also made frequent appearances in the 80's as the country-loving grandmother "Harriet" on "Sesame Street".

She was 93.
